Our membership provides you with the tools to start feeling safe in your body. For £40 per month, you will finally learn about how your body and mind are communicating, what they are saying to each other and how you can influence this connection with practical at-home routines you can implement to improve your health. You can use the platform whenever you need to - hourly, daily or weekly - with a frequency that works for you and your individual needs.
