What is Body Mind Connect?

Body Mind Connect is a research-informed programme and membership developed by Dr. Sula Windgassen. Created in response to the frustrating experience of patients being dismissed, BMC offers a more complete approach to healing, it bridges the gap between mental and physical health. The three core components provide a unique path to better understanding your body mind connection, allowing you to discover the power of nurturing the body mind connection.

Body

The Body section aims to empower you in your own body, by helping you understand how biology and psychology work with each other, and how you can influence this yourself.

Mind

The Mind section uses neuroscience techniques to help you develop a better relationship with yourself and work with your brain and biochemistry.

Connect

The Connect section is built based on the healing psychobiology of social connection & support. You gain a community of like-minded people committed to healing and growing.
