A missing piece of a puzzle

Struggling with physical or mental health concerns is confusing, it can often feel like you are scrambling in the dark for a missing piece of the puzzle. Sometimes, that missing piece is the understanding of how biology & psychology are constantly shaping each other. Our founder Dr. Sula Windgassen knows this first-hand after her own personal two year struggle with mystery bladder issues.

Her passion for the mind-body connection was ignited by her own two-year journey recovering from "mystery" bladder issues.  She founded Body Mind Connect to bring her evidence-based approaches to those struggling with chronic conditions, creating the resource she knew would have been helpful in her own healing journey.
