We know that getting started is sometimes the hardest part - and that's no different when it comes to starting a new programme or membership. So we want to help with some common concerns.

"I'm too complex"

Perhaps you’ve been unfairly labelled by healthcare professionals as too complex, leaving you feeling that you have too many issues to fix. We get it - it’s an overwhelming feeling. But - it doesn’t have to be negative and you’re not alone. A lot of our members have multiple conditions. 

We want to help facilitate you to learn more about the central routes relating to the body mind connection, and explain why you might be experiencing multiple symptoms, or complex physical and mental symptoms. 

We will help you work through this, identifying what the scope is for changes to your life that will help you with acceptance and change.

“I’ve tried lots of things already” 

There are a lot of different things on the market now - with varying claims to fix your problems. Some are completely unsubstantiated, and leave you feeling disappointed when you don’t get the - often quick - results you are promised. 

Our programme is different - we’re upfront in telling you that this is a longer term commitment. There are no quick fixes or simple solutions here. But it’s science-led, research informed and backed by psychobiology principles. Our founder Dr. Sula Windgassen is a qualified Health Psychologist, and has used her extensive knowledge and research to build the programme. 

We won’t ever promise you that we will solve your problems, but we will help you understand the body mind connection, how you can use practical exercises to help reduce or improve your symptoms, and hopefully begin to find peace in your own body.

It is an investment, we understand that £40 a month may feel like a significant outgoing. We like to think of it as an equivalent of a gym membership - just as with a gym membership, it’s a monthly commitment to your mental and physical health.

  • Our full Body Mind Connect programme: Either taken step-by-step through 'My Journey' or dive into topics that you want to focus on. Each part of the programme gives you new things to focus on building in each week. You can follow as flexibly as you like. 
  • Weekly calls with Dr Sula and BMC community on Wednesdays at 7.30pm GMT (plus additional fortnightly calls with Amina)
  • Resources to change your day to day & deepen your practices, including tailored audios and workbooks to help you deepen practices and change your day to day for the better
