Cultivating safety in the body through action

All of us have automatic habits and ways of doing things. A lot of our behaviour is unconsciously motivated and can be reactive to how we are feeling or the threats/stressors that our brain is automatically detecting for us. By monitoring what is happening in our day to day, how we are feeling and symptoms, we can spot patterns. The first step is to monitor without expectation or strong hypotheses for a week or two. The next step is to respond to our experiences in a way that regulates us emotionally and physiologically. This workbook guides you how to re-regulate through action after you have monitored activity patterns.
