Bridging the gap between science and life

Empty space, drag to resize

Body Mind Connect is all about understanding living in a fluctuating body and how the mind can be linked to it, addressing it by leaning on research-led ways to work with flare-ups, build steadiness over time and access ongoing psychological support.

We help you to apply the work in real life, bridging that gap between theory and application. It won't make your symptoms disappear - but it can change how you move through them and that changes everything.

What is the Body Mind Connect membership?

The membership has three main components that bring together a holistic approach to helping you work with your body. All sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience.

Weekly Sessions with Dr Sula

Every Wednesday, you will have direct access to a 1-hour workshop with Dr Sula - who is a qualified Health Psychologist - where you will be able to ask questions, learn more about your psychobiology and meet others.

Ongoing Structured Support

This is not a pre-recorded course, but an interactive, ongoing membership with structured support in place to help you keep working with your body - week by week - with guidance from qualified professionals.

A Community

You will be part of a community of people who understand, where people are rooting for you, sharing what works and showing up even on harder days. It is a safe, intimate space to help you feel less alone in illness.

You will also get:

  • Support and guidance with challenges
  • Personalised feedback to questions via Q&A
  • One initial 1:1 session to discuss goals
  • Access to additional programmes

"Is this for me?"

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes with living in a body that is unpredictable - and we're not just referring to the physical symptoms. But also the mental load that comes alongside those, the hypervigiliance and fear of big parts of daily life.

You have probably already done a great deal to help yourself - and likely know that the mind and body are connected. But what you need is a place to apply that knowledge - consistently, with guidance, and with people who understand what this actually feels like.

You live with persistent symptoms - IBS, endometriosis, pelvic pain, bladder issues, fatigue, burnout, or symptoms that medicine has struggled to fully explain

You have done the research and understand the mind-body connection but find yourself in the same spiral when a flare hits

You are tired of trying things in isolation and want structured, expert support you can actually sustain alongside your daily life

You want to feel less like your body is something that happens to you, and more like someone who knows how to work with it

What can BMC help with?

Body Mind Connect is for anyone struggling with their physical or mental health, who feels like a piece of the puzzle is missing in their healing journey. We are here to show you how your biology and psychology work together.

Chronic pain

You may have unexplained chronic pain or pain that is part of a diagnosis like endometriosis, IBS of inflammatory bowel disease.

Life changes & loss of path

You may feel like you are blindly navigating a stage of life, and feeling the pressure of doing so alone.

Unexplained symptoms

You may experience fatigue, physical sensitivity, nausea, cramping, overactive bladder, bowel issues & pelvic discomfort.

Experiencing loneliness

You may have a couple of the other categories, but the thing you struggle with most is the isolation.

Burnout

You may be feeling the effect of chronic stress building up and depleting you physically and mentally, and to recover you need to align your body and brain.

Self discovery

You may not have a big problem, but you just want to know yourself better and explore what being you means more.
